Although you can't find his "LowFat" App, built using
"String
Physics
Effects", he's still coding somewhere and "FLIPPING"
over what Apple paid him,
most likely. Although most of his
web links are DEAD (Apple of course) this
member page and
the
one in Ubuntu can't be taken down by them. He was a hacker
or
leading Code Warrior in the Open Source Community.
Apparently he
wants to now keep LowFat all secret now. But
he's the man Google and Samsung
need to get to solve many of
their Patent Problems. Because if it wasn't for
the Compiz
Open Source Community and it's Open Source Code Base and
it's
String Physics Effects (code), neither he and Apple would
have
several of
those patents in the first place!
I smell a iRAT in the Source of these
features within iOS.
If
Mirco Mueller sold out on the Open Source Community,
wouldn't
it be possible to dig out those portions in iOS features?
Even
if
they stole only portions of the code, wouldn't it be
possible to invalidate
these patents, if this is all prior
art? I don't care that he made his own
LowFat App, and sold
it
to Apple, but he had to use Open Source Libraries to
do
with.
So Apple could be in big trouble if they did indeed steal
any
source code from the community to use in iOS!!!

I
hope if Apple did the most despicable of things, like
steal
"String Physics
Code" and Linux Open Source Libraries inside
iOS without giving back to the
community, along with now SUING the very same Community they
got it from, then
they deserve to be horse whipped and
flogged in public for the whole World to
see what thieves
they are! ....it would seem that SAMSUNG Attorneys (Google
too) would have to request not just source code, but the
libraries used to
make these features in iOS too. If they
copied any part of the libraries,
they'd be caught dead to
rights![ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
