That is, the aware and commenting lawyers are disgusted....Boding ill in
the long run for the verdict. I hope Judge Koh is consulting with Judge
Alsup as we write.

But as noted, Groklaw is nothing like a representative sample, seeing as
how.most readers care quite a bit about FOSS and fairness, having made a
connection. Nor do our associates, relatives and friends make good
samples, although chatting up random store clerks might be reasonable.

So my question is where to get a representative sample of 'THE PUBLIC",
meaning those who will probably buy a phone soon and therefore, with
their feet, determine the bottom lines. Phone store exit interviews, anyone?

Phone review sites don't do it, maybe farcebook or twiitter?
