If it somehow becomes a runaway success, it will be alleged to have been stolen from Apple or M$, or both, and HP will be sued in the Eastern District of Texas.

Yes, I know it is all wrong, but so was the Samsung case.

Consider where both Apple and M$ stole their ideas. I don't think that either of them every truly innovated anything, except the work by Woz which culminated in the Apple II, and the BSOD and a new form of illegal monopoly, both by M$.

Addmittedly, M$ at least has an on-going research project in furniture ballistics....
