The only winning move is not to play.

My daughter has still not learned this key lesson. She still considers a draw a
win. But she's not a college educated professional either.

I predict my daughter will learn this lesson before Apple does. Who knows she
may be the next PJ.

I think by this point even Steve Jobs would have wound this down by now. Of
course he would put a huge pro Apple spin on things and sucked up to the media
as he disarmed.

His demise left a zombie robot corporation on the loose with the switch set to
kill.

I can't see Samsung disARMing them, it's bad for business, but you can be pretty
sure they will have dropped a few notches on the favored client list.

Samsung and others can make obviously equivalent or better items for less and
steal their customer or potential customers.
They have got a whole bunch of advertising from this mess, just going head to
head with Apple makes the products seem instantly equivalent. Otherwise why
would they be fighting?

This whole legal extravaganza is definitely starting to rub the general public
the wrong way. The Apple zombie won't realize this until it is too late.

IMHO Apple is little more than a electronics fashion house.
A fall from public favor and they are as dead as if someone took a pick axe to
their zombie head.
