This Jury Foreman's Massive Brain iNfarction... isn't PJ's fault!

The worse part of this interview? Is that if he's this much
of a "Maroon", what does that say about the rest of the
jurists who fell for it? Gamer Dude probably had the most
common sense intelligence. In that he at least held out
longer(maybe 20 or 30min.). But most likely he had a LAN
Party he just had to get to over the weekend. o_O

Anyway... you have a better system for picking juries in the
UK. At least as far as picking better jurist, who could at
least be somewhat impartial and possibly better suited for
the job. Here each party (including judge) wants to get the
stupidest jurist they can, in order to game the system for a
so called unbiased strawing straws result. The random way
jurist are picked in UK, may be like drawing straws, but at
least it means you have a 50/50 chance of picking at least
some, with enough intelligence to NOT go by an "aha" moment
they had in a dream speaking to Aliens.

But perhaps what would be even better is either no juries and
Judge decide or at least having jurist picked from random
professionals in the technology field associated with these
type of cases!

Please, guys, this juror was sincere and
did his best. Don't call him, or anyone,
names. If he reads it, it will hurt him.
That's not what Groklaw is for. Focus on
the event, what happened, the facts, not
the people.
