You can find all the patents, including the design
patents, on the Apple v Samsung page, attached to
the first item on the docket, the complaint.

I wouldn't say I scolded
Authored by: Anonymous on Friday, August 31 2012 @ 01:22 PM EDT

Definition of scolded:

Remonstrate with or rebuke (someone) angrily.
I've only once spoken to your repeating what you've already said, and that was - fully - within the context:
Assuming - and the assumption could easily be wrong - you are the same poster, you already made that point in another comment. I've now explicitly spoken to the limitation above.
I would hardly call mentioning once that you've repeated a particular argument from previous and pointing out that I have now spoken explicitly to that point a rebuke.

For myself, it was simply pointing out that I have explicitly considered that particular argument - rather then leaving you with the impression I have ignored it:

The most important statement is the claim, and you (purposely?) ignored it
To be clear on my intent with that specific comment of repeating your argument:
I had absolutely no intention of meaning it as a rebuke, and if that's how it came across, I appologize!
