Unfortunately I can't find a reference for it at the moment. I thought that
would be a good one to show how a Jury member speaking about their deliberations
could cause a potential mistrial.
As I recall the Jury member went to a
local bar after the case was done, and pretty much said the wrong things to a
Lawyer.

I thought technically the trial isn't over. Sure the jury has been dismissed but
