I think your are right. Any jury would have a problem with
that jury form. But they didn't question it and sped ahead
without breaking down any of the questions. We have to
wonder, how could they they spend more than a few minutes
average on each question? Yet considering that they were
stuck on one and didn't get into the majority of them until
the second day. It sounds alot like they were just trying to
put as many Y in the boxes before some timer went off. Like
kids taking their SAT's!

So did the jurist on this case forsake their duties? I think
that's obvious... in that for some reason they didn't even
bother to read the back the jury instructions or never
bothered to get one single question answered from the judge!
