That would be proof that Apple copied Samsung. Why?
Because if you had anything about design - hardware or software - you would know
it actually takes longer to copy than to do an original development.
If you see a nice somewhere feature. There are two ways to go to reproduce it:
1. The stupid way (preferred by lawyers and ceos): How did they do that? Break
out you debugging devices to get hold of the software code, figure out how it
works, bother different kind of hardware, translate it, debug it, and finally
insert on you own device.
2. The smart way: Nice, How would I implement that on my device? Ok! That's how
to do it, then just write the needed piece of code - you know your hardware and
its capabilities - insert it and test it.
There is one snag with method 2. One has to have complete access to the complete
code-base for the device.
That you wont have in a secretive company as MS or Apple.
So for those companies only method 2 is possible.
I could explain the long tortuous development time at Apple and MS.
An agile company use method 2.

The difference between Night Train, and Château Lafite Rothschild, is the
amount of time and care devoted to making the product.
Anybody can clone Lafite Rothchild, if they are willing to put the same
care into creating their product, as Rothchild does in creating the original
product. Likewise, anybody can clone Red Lady, if they are willing to
spend the time in duplicating its lack of quality.

Why do more companies try to imitate Lafite Rothchild, than Night Train?
The answer is simple. The demand for the former is far higher than the
demand for the latter. Furthermore, one can charge for more money for
the former, than the latter. (US$15K per case v US$15 per case.)

Whilst computers are not fine wine, both require a fair amount of time,
effort, and energy to duplicate. The only advantage computers offer, is
that one doesn't have to wait for the grapes to grow, and the wine to
mature. (Granted, neither Red Lady nor Night Train improve with age.)
