Samsung Files Motion to Stay Judgment ~pj

...and forgive me for replying to myself, but I need to counter the obvious
arguments for allowing others to copy FruitCo's innovative designs. While it may
be true that there wereT cars on wheels before FruitCo launched the iDrone, did
you ever look at those things? I mean, they were clunky metal bricks on four
boring rubber bags (which were user-replaceable, true, but who ever did that?),
with creaky doors and a multitude of knobs and handles and ghirlywhigs in the
control center. Compare that to the fluent experience of transporting yourself
in an iDrone, and you'll see that FruitCo has completely reinvented the field of
personal transportation. Why should others be allowed to just copy their
designs, let them come up with something innovative for a change. All this
copying has to stop!
