You're still focused on the 'copying' which Apple itself does.
This isn't about copying. Step back, take a bigger look.
This is about stopping competition.
Why is Apple suing Samsung over Android?
Why is Apple suing Motorola over Android?
Why is Apple suing HTC over Android?
Why is Apple suing X over Android?
The astute and observant among us, after diligently studying the above, may
notice a pattern that emerges.
It doesn't matter who makes Android. It doesn't matter that there are over 4000
Android devices now. It doesn't matter that they come in every size, shape,
color, style and price.
They are all 'slavishly copied' according to Apple. Or whatever other excuse is
convenient for that day, that court and that lawsuit.
If LG, Sony, Pantech, etc made phones that captured enough market share, they
would be the targets of Apple lawsuits.
This is about Apple wanting a monopoly on the entire smartphone market and
nothing more. It is about pure vulgar greed. How much is enough?
It is not merely enough that we succeed, all others must fail!
