This smells the same as the SCO bankruptcy.

So he can't use his money unless he is giving it to lawyers.

If funds are seized, it can only be that they are the proceeds of crime, or
suspected of so being. In that case they belong elsewhere. What makes lawyers so
special that they can get privileged access to money that might belong to a
third party? Ain't they never heard of no-win-no-fee? Or would that mean they
couldn't afford their own Rolls Royce Coupe?
