Funny, I thought they just spent the first day figuring out they all agreed
Samsung had copied.. So none of the defending the patent as my own stuff could
have changed his mind from favouring Samsung to favouring Apple as he'd already
decided before then. Of course they were ignoring the prior art issue (post
poned until later) so obviously once they ticked the infringement boxes, it was
impossible to then say the prior art invalidated the patents, as it contradicted
what they had decided.

Note to lawyers, make sure future jury instructions include:

1) The verdict form must be completed in order.
