Maybe not the law firms, but the European Commission can.

Microsoft discovered that the hard way.
The issue with Google is still pending.

Samsung Moves to Quickly Lift Preliminary Injunction on Galaxy 10.1 ~pj
Authored by: Wol on Tuesday, August 28 2012 @ 06:40 PM EDT
UK suits are unlikely ever to get as stupid and expensive as American ones. Not
least because "make the innocent party whole" is actually applied
rather firmly over here.

It is DEFAULT practice to award "attorney fees". So nuisance lawsuits
just don't happen - the victim might not get EVERYTHING back, but they usually
get most of it. Even a very rich aggressor is likely to bankrupt themselves
before they do that much harm to their victim.

Cheers,
Wol

IMHO, the legal system doesn't exist to make a few people (lawyers) super-rich, but to make sure that justice prevails,...
You got that wrong. The US Injustice system is designed and run by lawyers, for the good of the lawyers, and as such, it works very well.
