Actually this one is not. She originally denied apple's motion
for the preliminary injuction and Apple appealed. The Federal

Since Samsung isn't losing much if anything on the Galaxy Tab injunction (not
compared to what they will lose on a phone injunction), this has to be
strategic.
Hey, judge! Somebody's really wrong here!
Of course, I guess that could backfire, but since judge Koh seemed to inherit a
bad attitude about Samsung from the magistrate and then seemed to at least start
to realize that a few things that had been decided were unfair, it might not be
a bad idea to keep her focused on how inconsistent the jury was.

But will we see Apple countering with a request to keep it in place until the
appeal? Will that prevail?
