Good for you, PJ. I have seen -way- too many post with a similar context. To
paraphrase, the "day 1" posts neglect to acknowledge that "day
1" refers to deliberations, not the testimony.

Still how do you make up your mind on a question until you actually get to it on
the jury form? "No matter what comes up in the questions I am awarding
money"?

It makes no sense to me especially when you have to answer some questions before

It does not make it any better when they had 700 questions to
go through and over 100 pages of instructions. It was just
