... Because, regardless of the keyboard, it does not even
remotely look similar. It have curved edges. It has
buttons. It has a big SAMSUNG logo printed on its face. It
has a different edge design. PLUS the keyboard.
Yet, it was found infringing Apple's design patents! Only
in Bizarro land!
And you honestly can call that jury sane and fair?
They couldn't possibly have gone through the 700 questions

The mere fact that the keyboard is on those phones, means that claiming it
infringes upon either trade dress, or design patent, or utility patent is an
absurd proposition.
