PJ is arguing that the haste to come to a decision as
evidenced by those errors shows that the jury may not have
actually followed the instructions with due diligence.
Honestly though, do you think that you could, with all due
diligence, come to a conclusion with 11 other people on 700
questions in 21 hours? For the record, that's 1.8 minutes per

That's correct. I have the right. I have
more than the right. I have the duty.
And my mistake, which was acknowledged and
corrected in public, didn't result in
a billion plus dollars being assessed in
damages to a company.
You seriously can't see the difference? The
mistakes were in the area of how much the
damages should be, and if that is off, someone
ends up paying more than is just.
If you don't care about justice under the law,
you probably shouldn't be reading Groklaw,
