This is what happens when you make an issue so complicated that no reasonable
individual can understand it.
Can not understand it? Well with 109 pages of jury instructions it would have
taken them a week to read and understand just their jury instructions. So they
did what any reasonable individual would do. They throw them in the local trash
bin and decided on gut fielding.
If the plaintiffs, defendants, and court do not like this then they should have
presented a reasonable case. Meanwhile the jury has concluded, is out of this
mess, and back home which is what the jury wanted.
