This sort of thing has happened before. Usually a *very clear instruction* from
Congress will fix it. Fat chance of getting that soon.

Once, Congress sent down *three Constitutional amendments* to fix the conspiracy
in the legal system -- the 13th, 14th, and 15th -- and it STILL didn't stop the
legal system conspiracy to deny black people their rights.

So if it gets that bad, the only solution is to make sure there are better
people running the legal system, one way or another.
