I noticed the Fascinate is the most infringing device - I'd
buy one just for that (except they don't seem to be available
here in the UK).

So the jury's ruling is that, had this device never existed,
Apple would have made $143M more profit, right? On the
assumption that everyone who actually bought a Samsung
Fascinate would instead have bought an iPhone. Did the jury
notice that the Fascinate has a slide-out keypad?
