Are we talking American or English?

I'm pretty certain PJ censored something I wrote a few articles back. I was a
bit concerned Americans might think it racist, but those words are just
perfectly okay in English. And I don't know how else to say what I said.

So there's also that issue - what is perfectly okay to someone speaking one
variant of English, may be highly offensive to someone speaking a different
variant.

Keep death off the roads, drive on the pavement.
