I have been following Groklaw since PJ's open letter to Darl.

In every major case that Groklaw has followed, there has always been someone
trying to poison the well with some inappropriate and acidic comment - usually
how wrong PJ doesn't know she is.

These comments are usually quietly and deservedly removed, so I'll let you know
that, when your turn comes, you take your place in a line of fools, who, opening
their mouths, removed all doubt of their folly.

So some well-educated jurors agreed that Samsung was an obvious copycat. Everyone except perhaps this website and rabid fanboys knew that the first time
So obviously Judge Birss QC of the High Court is less well educated that your jurors when he declared that Samsung did NOT copy Apple?

Son, this is your third and final warning. Your
comments are too silly for Groklaw. Either improve
or I will now start to remove them.

In case you are confused, you are rude. Second,
lawyers don't care about justice? Are you kidding?
Why do you think they endure law school? It's
the primary impulse that draws them to the field
in the first place.

I think lawyers are like most men, they like to eat. If they can serve justice
it might be a bonus.
When I was at university age ( in Lund Sweden ) law was the only line of study
you could go in to however low your grades were.
After one year of study you had to pass an exam to continue.
