I'm sure with a soldering iron, solder sucker, pliers, etc I could remove the
internal storage device of a Tivo circa 2002 - is there anything in the claims
that the "internal removable media storage device" still *WORKS* after
removal? (Or actually defines "internal removable media storage
device" - *specifically* the "removable" bit?)
As if often said at my workplace: "You'll never get a coach[1] through
there!" To which my reply is usually: "Yes I will; whether the coach
or 'there' are in the same state after I have got the coach through 'there' is a
different matter."

Now I have to go back and see what his patent actually claims. From just this,
it sounds like a VCR would be infringing![ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
