Pamela Jones has always stated: Respect the Jury

And I have not always agreed with Pamela Jones.

This was a job that deserved to to be done well. And the jury didn't. And the
judge didn't.

That Apple fans claim it is "SO OBVIOUS", complete with all uppercase
spelling, well, lets just say there are reasons why I don't respect Apple fans,
too.

Copying a design isn't a problem if
it's already in the public domain.

Being inspired by someone's artistic
sense isn't a crime either. And no,
I do not respect this jury.

No, the jury did not follow the instructions on the form, the damages awarded
were not calculated on actual violated claims. I am very curious about the make
up of the jury, how many use smart phones and which brands? How many use other
Apple products?
