We can't know for sure, but personally I have no doubt that the jury snoozed
their way through the evidence and their deliberation was merely about how much
to gift Apple and punish Jong-woo Foreigner.

"Billion dollars and change sound about right?" - "Sure, let's
just work back from that. A few hundred million here, a few hundred million
there, pretty soon you're talking real money."

And they couldn't even get *that* right. Sadly, with the entire court system
being politicized right up to the Supremes, I don't see them getting a fairer
hearing on appeal.
