Comparing jury experience

Hey, I (used to) love Apple, as you know. And
in this case, I repeatedly said I didn't know
whose claims were right, viewed through the
prism of patent law as it exists. So you can favor
whoever you want here on Groklaw.

What I do know though is that
something was off about this trial, and I
don't think Samsung got a fair trial or a
reasonable judgment. That's what my coverage
focused on, and from the goofs by the jury, I'd
say my instinct was correct.
