Tiger raised an excellent point. Although IBM cannot recover what they lost in
this fiasco, I am still betting that they go after those responsible.

Soooo...I would not be asking Cahn how much he wants me to pay for litigation
rights, I would ask him how many beeelllions he would pay me to take them.

...to go after the special purpose LLC I'd set up to buy the
rights via the kickstarter campaign, which would have no
assets others than the kickstarter proceeds.
