IBM used the agreed terms of the contract to close it down at the change of
Santa Cruz ownership. SCO did not acquire the Monterey contract via the APA.
Mind you, their appalling knowledge of the law mislead them about the SYSV
copyrights so who knows what they think they sold to unXis or retained in...
whoever they are, now.

I guess I should really go back and read what points are still involved in the
litigation before I open my mouth.
But,...
I'm wondering if the contracts which set up Project Monterey would allow another
party to take SCO's role?
'course, this isn't the old SCO anyway.
