SCO -- Revised Motion
Authored by: Anonymous on Thursday, August 23 2012 @ 11:08 PM EDT
If anyone is looking for this on Epiq, it's docket number 1436; the revised
proposed order is exhibit A, the blackline revision for comparison is exhibit
B.

Part of the revision is a removal of the request for Judge Cahn to be continued
as the Chapter 7 trustee. This is replaced by a request for the Office of the
United States Trustee to be allowed to appoint the "interim" Chapter 7
trustee, and for Judge Cahn to turn over all records and properties to the new
trustee.

These changes, made after "informal comments" by OUST, don't sound
consonant with Judge Cahn staying on. So maybe a change... Judge Gross would
have to squeal, wiggle, and exert to keep on present course, but I've long since
despaired of anything rational out of that Delaware bankruptcy court.

***AS THERE ARE NO MATTERS GOING FORWARD, THE HEARING HAS BEEN CANCELLED***

Eh, why waste time and effort it.
