Motorola Mobility v Apple
Authored by: Anonymous on Thursday, August 23 2012 @ 03:54 PM EDT
The Motorola Mobility v Apple was filed on 18 August.

We are in the very early days. Unless Apple decides to fold, and simply pay
damages, without a fight, I wouldn't expect anything before the end of the
year.

Going by everybody's favorite oracle, the early indications are that Motorola
has a win. (Granted, that isn't what he said, but given his track record, that
is the most probable outcome.)

I've seen articles elsewhere. It's normal in the
early stages for there not to be much about a lawsuit,
because you can get sued if you handle it wrong.
After there is a response filed, you'll see more,
including here.
