Google raised - will Apple fold?
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, August 20 2012 @ 09:29 PM EDT
When was the time you saw Apple fold? They cannot without a loss as
large as the worst case, face, money, and market. Counter suit to follow
and away we go, 4 rectulanger corners in apple case, everyone else just in
circles!

This just might be the last straw to encourage real positive change.... But
I'm an optimist or just plain...

A subtle ogre

These things seem to be one-two double whammy,
one in the ITC, to catch the import process;
two in the Federal District for the actual patent violation.
Should go to Northern California then?
Start shuffling your pack of judges...

> Surely they must. This is insane!

This is Apple we're talking about.

Insane is their middle name.

By Steve Jobs own words, and Apple's subsequent actions, Apple has effectively
said "to our utter destruction".

Apple wants nothing less than an absolute monopoly on a business that others
have been in for decades.
