Motorola's ITC Complaint Against Apple, With All the Trimmings ~pj

Not only this, but also the Complaint to the FTC mentions a case fought by
Motorola against Microsoft, regarding some of the same patents which are at
issue here. Look in the section of the Complaint which is claiming deliberate
willfulness of Apple in the alleged patent violations. One of the arguments
which is advanced there is that Apple was fully aware of the patents because
Apple had been sending observers to the Microsoft - Motorola trial.

So, yes, Microsoft is involved. But on this occasion perhaps not in the manner
most pleasing to themselves.
