Look at what Flo writes and how well constructed the sentences are... in a
second language, no less. Now, given that he has at least that much cognitive
ability and that he is fairly immersed in this technical area, think about his
track record for making a correct prediction on the outcome. It doesn't add up,
unless you conclude that he says what he says because he's paid to say it.

What it doesn't tell me is what else if anything Oracle got (gets) from FM.
If he is a consultant then he should be providing Oracle with some advice in
exchange for the dough. (That's what consultants do don't they)
It would be interesting to see what (if any) advice Oracle has received and if
there was any substance to it.

The judge should ask to see the work fm has done for Oracle for this money.
Wonder if any exists. I wonder also if it will suddenly exist now that the

...is that the relationship between FM and Oracle is something like that between
pharma and
certain doctors. He obviously feels a fierce loyalty to his hirers.
And in the broader sense, an opponent in a trial is a competitor, so who's
to say that "competition related matters" don't include stories about the
