There was an interesting radio program the other day that mentioned that
aboriginal languages didn't have a concept of rights, but that they did have
obligations. How different would it be if instead of a bill or charter or
rights it was a Bill of Obligations.

The article says:
"Then-Attorney General Mike Cox fired Shirvell in 2010 after he criticized
Armstrong, who graduated last year."

Shirvell says he can't pay because he's unemployed. Duh!

Note to Shirvell: Get a job. I hear they're hiring at Chryslers.
