Yes, but it's their lovely partner in crime. The one Apple
has granted
undying
love for, as long as they continue throwing chairs at Google
and Samsung. So
they even struck a deal to give each other a
patent license, for what they
won't license to anyone else.
It's a
sorta Anti-FRAND Patent deal, you
know? Just so they can
look
like
they're telling the truth, with their FRAND
Pledged
Patents out of their hands and into newly set up Patent
Trolling
companies. Just so it can do their dirty work for them,
while they
claim they
no longer have any control over those patents
(btw
Google has
called
attention to this, to no avail).
One of those
nickle
or dime to each
other, that they're only charging Android
partners what's fair at $25. But
won't simply license to
others at any price. Plus the
usual I won't tell if
you don't tell Oligopolian truces,
teaming up on Google, HTC and
Samsung.
Yeah... another sorta spit in their palms and slap
it
to
their
foreheads to swear, "Gee we never knew that device even
existed. OMG...
how did Windows Vista get on that device?"
I think that's maybe why
Samsung is no longer making WP7
Phones
now. Along with Samsung paying extorted
Android Anti-Pirate
tax to Emperor Palpatine Steve:
Looking like
this!!!
But you know? ...they're all looking like
an
ever more desperate gang of criminals. Crying FIRE when
they're
the ones who
lit the match. The public don't seem to be
buying it
either. With 70% market
share choosing Android, the public
is
saying to Apple, Microsoft and Nokia, we
ain't buying your
story
and we trust Google with Android Partners a whole lot
more.
So
somehow none of these creepy underhanded tactics will ever
get my
money!!!
