will probably have rounded corners so that it won't snag on things or cause
wear points on the fabric of the pocket.

And as a young engineer I was taught to annotate design drawings with the
stricture "break all sharp edges." We round the edges of cabinet doors
so the scalp is not as readily lacerated when you stumble into them. Same with
desktops to protect thighs and hips. Auto companies rounded bumpers to protect
pedestrians and reduce damages in crashes.

Can you think of more ferinstances?
