How are the ongoing cases (not really sure how many?) treated in the
liquidation?

Not much to liquidate

They've already dumped quite a lot - if not all - of the physical assets.

All that's left could very well be the litigation bet.

Not much to turn out with regards the lights when it comes to the litigation.

I'm betting that Blank Rome is timing it so that every last penny is used up
paying their own bills so that there is absolutely nothing left for anybody
else.

What about that pizza guy? ;-)

I think it's not (only) Blank Rome, I think the TSCOG strategy ever since it
became clear Judge Kimball would overturn their whole case if he could (y'know,
back when they all of a sudden filed Ch 11 about 30 minutes before the trial
would have started) was simply to drag it out until every last red cent was
gone, 'cause they'd be doggoned if they'd ever give one penny to their victims.

Spitefulness, y'know.
