Krebs on security told us so! (No computer is decently secure!)

Especially not closed-source, but even open source is likely not immune.

I again repeat my claim:
No modern operating system is designed from the ground up to defend
against rogue programs

And No computer will be truly or even reasonably secure until that is a
fundamental part of the operating system design.

Further, assurance of this requires a much-simplified (even over Linux)
design capable of complete review by a single person

The only way to really secure a system is with an "air gap", even then
you need to ensure that there's no wireless connection.

N.B.: This kind of infiltration isn't addressed by "site security".
That's important, but if you're really concerned about the secrecy of data on a
system, you ensure that it's not connected to the internet. Which generally
means that it's also not connected to your company LAN.
