Penalty was for making available, not downloading - still outragious

I think the penalty was for "making available" for unauthorized
copying by others rather than downloading a copy for her personal use.

That said, the penalty appears to hold her responsible for all downloads rather
than the downloads from her computer. The same egregious award could be demanded
from each person making a song available. That's not fair. The damages should be
divided by the number of sites making available.
