Would any of the patents Apple is wielding survive?

In this strict interpretation,I
don't see how any Apple utility
patent in the Samsung case survives.
Unfortunately, in practice anything
can happen. To think that the
system puts the least possibly
qualified group of people as
arbiters to such a complex process.
A typical jury in a patent case has
almost zero chance of comprehending
what is presented and of
understanding the context. They are
chosen on purpose that way.
Rationally and logically, this is
crazy.

In the interests of balance and fairness,

Would any of the Patents Google, Motorola, Samsung , Microsoft and Apple using
in their patent wars/extorsion plan stand up to proper examination?

The answer is probably... doubtful.
Google probably knows this and is one of the reasons why this has been released
now. They probably come out on top.

IMHO, the real result should be that ALL Software related patents should be
invalidated. End Of. I am realistic enough to understand that it would probably
take something like the Moon to leave earth's orbit on its own to make the US
Lawmakers wake up and sort this mess out once and for all.
Pah, a plague on all their houses.

Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which
is of course, "42" or is it 1.618?

To this outsider, it is beginning to look like a case that Apple might come to
regret having started.
