That's a Mighty Perspicuous Observation!

Cisco would naturally have something to say about that.
Since they had been using phone called iPhone long before
Apple bought the Trademark from them. But just who didn't
own trademarks or get them from the same Public Domain Art
that Apple had gotten them from? Apple... iPhone... iPod...
iPad... all trademarked prior to Apple Inc. Apple was sued
over the Apple computer trademark even in 1978
Wiki;
"In 1978 Apple Corps filed suit against Apple Computer for
trademark"

Has Apple really everrrr.... invented anything? NO!
....neither did they invent A Series (A4, A5 & A6) processors or the
fabrication techniques Samsung uses to
make them. They are all simply modifications of Samsung's
own designs, using Samsung's ARM licenses as well!
We'll be finding that out when A6 in iPhone 5 gets
benchmarked and it turns out to be Samsung's Exynos w/ Mali
GPU instead of Imagination's PowerVR GPU's!
