Discounts

Also notice how there is only a three dollar discount for not
using Apple's proprietary technology. Shouldn't it be a 100%
discount???

OK. So it's not quite what that discount is, but shows how
entertaining the media coverage and spin is.

News Pick Apple sought $30 per smartphone, $40 per tablet in royalties from Samsung
Authored by: complex_number on Sunday, August 12 2012 @ 01:35 AM EDT
But what did Samsung Demand from Apple?
If we knew that it might put these figures into context.
Who asked first?
If one side thinks the asking price on them is too high it might not be all that
odd to ask for more for yourselves...
After all, you don't want to be seen selling yourself off too cheaply now do
you?

There is a lot more to this story than we are seeing at the moment.
Sometimes I get the feeling that one side is just a little too keen to get their
side of the story into the press. Sometimes this is a sign of weakness. We all
saw that with SCO now didn't we. Hindsight will tell us here if this is true
with Samsung in this case.

Ubuntu & 'apt-get' are not the answer to Life, The Universe & Everything which
is of course, "42" or is it 1.618?
