What mistakes has MoFo made in this case?

Posing technical arguments that you do not agree with does not make the
argument a mistake. Technical matters are just as open to interpretation as
laws. These lawyers are highly paid by their clients to make arguments that
have the best chance of winning. It is naive to think that the lawyers do not
understand the material. I would guess that they understand it better than
most people on here. How many people hear have actually read the patents?
How many people actually know how to properly interpret the patents?
