It's a real tragedy. But the Carriers, meaning mainly AT&T are
responsible for letting Apple get away with it from the start.

So I don't feel one bit sorry for US Carriers. I feel sorry
for the manufacturers who aren't offered that option, simply
because they are NOT Apple!

But you are right. This court and every other court needs to
realize that only Apple is allowed to get away with murdering
carriers and their competition with indemnity. Only Apple
commands the clout to force their way into controlling the iOS
experience inside out. Without even consumers having any
choice or recourse. YOU get ONE Device Model a year and they
control your screens like the "Outer Limits" did in the 50's
or 60's! ^_^ ....I can hear hear this Voice as that of Apple
in my head right now! lol...
