Which is why not all Samsung phones are accused

I have the Galaxy Nexus and I haven't seen any of Apple's arguments that
apply. It is curved so doesn't violate the flat rectangular patent. Most of the

icons have transparent backgrounds so very few rectangular icons. There's
the Google search bar on top right below the notification bar, a row of five
icons on the bottom, with a 4x4 grid in the middle. There's 3 soft buttons on
the bottom. By default most of Google's applications are within a folder which
is a circular 'hole' with the first several icons coming out. I cannot remember
if
the 1x3 calendar widget comes default on the home screen or if that was an
early customization.

Which OS was it running

{
On ICS it's no longer a normal widget but a fixed element with reserved screen
space at the top of every page.
}

My Galaxy Tab 2 runs ICS and did not have the search icon on any page. I had to
manually add it.
