Samsung accused Apple of doctoring photos. As proof it presented a photo
that was inconsistent with its own earlier statements. Who cares if carriers
can
customize the home page. Who knows, maybe Apple did doctor its photos. All
I know is that Samsung should have been more careful about how it attempted
to show this. If carriers customize home pages, then how do we know that
Apple's photo wasn't a customization from a different carrier? This was sloppy

by Samsung. I don't blame the judge for being skeptical.

Bottom line, Samsung presented evidence that was INCONSISTENT with what it
told the judge. No matter what the reasoning behind it, this is bad and its own

fault.
