Dr Spin (Apple Employee) seems to even be working Groklaw against PJ!

I'm not talking the bags. What I'm really trying to point
out is how most any Android phone out of box, before being
activated even, you'll be asked to sign in to your Google
account. You can not be in an area where you have any
connection either wifi or wireless Cell and if it can't
connect, you can still open a Home screen, and use the
device locally. But it doesn't place Google Search Widget
anywhere till you are actually online or go to widgets and
add one manually.

But.... I was in UK in 2010 and bought an Android phone at
"3" Phone and it had everything pre-installed. Love it, Skpe
worked and I could talk for hours to family back home. Great
summer fun all over UK and rarely lost a connection. Only
in the Tube. I think UK carriers in general beat the pants
off our lame greedy American carriers! ...just amazed at
how much got for so little. Wish we had "3" Phone or some of
the other UK carriers here to give these wankers some real
competition! :D
