Tampering (The verge article on Samsung getting slammed)
Authored by: reiisi on Tuesday, August 07 2012 @ 09:55 PM EDT
Near as I can tell, PJ, what Apple has done is presented evidence in the wrong
context. (That's the typical game when overreaching with patents, you remember.)
Not sure if Jacobs recognizes that is what is happening or not. Perhaps he is
simply presenting the evidence the way Apple wants him to.

It looks like Samsung's lawyers are struggling, but I do see a possible ploy
here, in addition to the possible effects of the language barrier again.

Koh could well find herself kicking herself for getting distracted by the date.
Or not. She seems a bit cock-sure.

But I have to admit, why Apple wants to claim a screen that looks like a MSW95
desktop with too many applications icons cluttering it up as intellectual
property is beyond me.
