Anyway, he's in his mid-60s already. Doubt if he'll be movin' on up.

You have the correct circuit, but I live in the Western District of Texas, and I
can assure you that this is not where the Rocket Docket lives. That
would be the Eastern District -- you know, next to Arkansas and Louisiana.
